School Partnerships
Our school partnerships offer an alternative to working with expensive out-of-state recruiting companies. Our therapists are licensed in Montana, trained in Montana special education procedures, and are knowledgable in Infinite Campus. Additionally, because all of our therapists live and work in Montana, they bring knowledge of our state’s cultural and socioeconomical landscape and are aware of the challenges of staffing rural schools.
Our therapists operate as independent contractors and bill services at an hourly rate; districts never pay recruitment fees or percentages. Additionally, our service delivery model allows for creativity in giving you the most value from your investment.
We have worked with schools across the state to offer the following services:
Onsite Services
Onsite, direct SLP services, including direct therapy and assessments
Onsite services for supervision of aides, direct therapy, and assessments
Functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans, including preparing documentation for highly litigious situations
Job coaching for new hires, new-to-the state SLPs, or CF clinicians
Paraprofessional/SLPA onboarding, training, and supervision
Telehealth Services
Telehealth services for direct therapy and assessments
Remote trainings and job coaching
Remote education for training and supervising speech aides

All evaluation reports include diagnostic impressions, implications for educational planning, and strategies for intervention. An onsite report of findings available upon request.
*All team members have completed clinical training in the administration of the ADOS-2
